Here's a great article I read this morning about those "fit people" that seem to "have it all together". The bottom line is - they don't. No one does. We just have to start where we are and do what we can. So many times, we fail in our fitness quest because we feel overwhelmed and feel intimidated by those who "that fit person who's got it all together". Don't let that happen to you! Start where you are. Do what you can...
