Alan Gulledge
Endurance Coach | Strength Coach | Personal Trainer

Alan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. He is a Certified Level 1 triathlon and running coach for USA Triathlon and USA Track and Field, and is the founder/owner of TriFit Evolution, LLC. He works with athletes and non-athletes alike to improve their functional movement, core strength, and performance output.

With 25 years in the health and fitness world, Alan’s experience ranges from being a top 50 world-ranked pole vaulter, to a multiple-time Ironman Triathlon World Championship qualifier and multiple-time Boston Marathon qualifier, to being the Fitness Director of a national fitness franchise. Inspired to help others become more healthy, Alan walked away from a successful sales career in 2011 to follow his passion and become a full-time personal trainer and endurance coach. Since becoming a full-time fitness professional, he has helped hundreds of clients achieve their fitness goals. His clientele range from soccer moms to world championship-qualifying triathletes, to ultra marathon runners, to military personnel, to 100-lb weight-loss clients, to those simply looking to build core strength, to those recovering from injury.

In addition to multiple industry and safety certifications, Alan has a BS in Psychology from Brigham Young University, and a MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He is a native of Northern Virginia, and lives with his wife Laura, sons Evan and Christian, and dog Bella in Hamilton, Virginia.
