TFE uses a variety of techniques to help clients achieve their goals, yet we start with a foundation of mobility. From there we help clients develop stability (or muscle control), then finally build strength and power. We employ a variety type of techniques to develop good mechanics which enable the body get stronger and move as one complete unit. We integrate joint-specific corrective exercise, mobility sequences, bodyweight resistance, standard free weights, plyometrics, agility work, high intensity interval training, TRX training, and kettlebells to provide a well-rounded fitness experience. Depending on client goals, medical history, and past workout regimens, workouts are highly customized to fit the needs of the client.
Whether you are a high-performing athlete in need of specific strength and speed gains, a post-pardon hockey mom looking to drop those last few pounds of baby weight, or a military or law enforcement hopeful needing to improve on a standardized physical fitness test, TFE has the experience and the tools to make your workout the most effective possible.
Each new client will receive an initial consultation and functional assessment to determine any risk factors associated with commencing a fitness regimen. In addition, TFE will provide a brief nutrition overview, where we will look at certain indicators such as diet, muscular imbalances, and body composition (weight, body fat percentages, circumference measurements and BMI). From there, we can determine the appropriate fitness combination that is right for you to become your best.
