Melissa is an exercise physiologist at Endura Coaching, and offers metabolic testing for athletes and those interested in weight loss. For those endurance athletes looking to better understand their nutrition, training zones, and how their body utilized specific energy systems across those zones, her insights are invaluable. However, she works with those looking to better understand how their body utilizes food, which is extremely helpful when the goal is weight loss. I have personally undergone a few different metabolic tests with Melissa and have found the information very useful as I seek to optimize my performance during training and racing.
