Group Fitness

Most people enjoy working out with someone; a friend, a coworker, or a spouse. It's no surprise that motivation rises when we workout with others! TFE brings everyone together to help them meet their fitness goals by training in a small-group training session or boot camp. Both of these classes are limited in number (3-6) to still keep the client to trainer ratio low for highest the highest quality instruction and feedback.

  • Bootcamp: This group style training class (5-7 people) uses the TFE-standard functional movement principles in a circuit-style format to create a high-intensity workout for multiple people. Whether a group of veteran triathletes and runners, or friends from a church group, we will tailor the workout to the participants so that entire group gets fit together. This workout can take place on a track, in the gym, on in your local park. This runs in 6 week increments with fixed start and end dates.

  • Group Training:  This is high-intensity 2-4 person group training session packs a punch that is uniquely tailored to you and your fellow group mate(s). Grab a significant other, a roommate, best friend, family member or coworker and get ready to work! Using functional movements, circuit training, and core engagement to get strong and build endurance. Group training is more individualized than the small group classes, and it each workout is custom tailored to you and your workout partners. If you're looking meet a specific goal together or just want someone to cheer you on each step of the way, grab a friend and let Alan help you get there.

Bootcamp: $25 drop-in rate; $135 for 6 classes per person*

Group Training: 
2 people $135 total
3 people $145 total
4 people $155 total
