Most people enjoy working out with someone; a friend, a coworker, or a spouse. It's no surprise that motivation rises when we workout with others! TFE brings everyone together to help them meet their fitness goals by training in a small-group training session or boot camp. Both of these classes are limited in number (2-6) to still keep the client to trainer ratio low for highest the highest quality instruction and feedback.
